Suppose you have forgotten to bring your dress to the water park, don’t worry. You can buy from the inside market and also a phone water cover is available in the market.
For the locker security deposit, the park will charge you 300 rupees, but the guard will give you 200 rupees back when you come back. Because 100 is the locker charge and 200 is a security deposit.
Shangrila water park is not for non-vegeterian. It would be best if you thought about the locker room because, after 5:30, the locker room will be closed.
The number of giant slides you will find here is two, and you may have to wait for 10-20 minutes to get the riding tube.

Refund Rules / Online Failed Transaction
- If the amount gets debited from the guest account and the booking confirmation voucher is not issued, Shangrila Water Park will refund the entire amount electronically (as a credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction).
- Shangrila water park’s Payment Gateway Partner reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, Due to on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in the processing of online transactions, it may take 1-5 working days to reflect the credit in the guest account.
Cancellation Policy
- 4 days & above full amount will be refunded through credit notes.
- Between 3 days to 4 days, 20 % of the said amount will be deducted and it will be refunded through Credit Notes.
- Between 2 days 50% of the said amount will be deducted and it will be refunded through Credit Notes.
- Same day no amount will be refunded.
- Please note that the amount will be transferred back to the same account and mode by which the payment is made and it will take between 3 to 7 working days to reflect in your account. {This is Applicable if an Instant Refund is Requested or the booking is canceled on the same day (booking date) or the next day of the booking date.}
